Fix Laptop TouchPad Mouse Not Working - Showing Yellow Light

Laptop TouchPad Mouse not working:  This function is built into every laptop computer in order for users to either prefer to toggle it on or off to use or prevent mouse usage.

But a situation where a user who is not used to working with this function finds his/her mouse or TouchPad not working, it becomes a problem.

This problem can happen any time to anyone making use of the touchpad, such as for gaming, photo editing, adobe document signing and many more. So if you experience this, do not panic.

The cause of your TouchPad or mouse not working is that, while making use of your laptop TouchPad, you mistakenly double-tapped on the top left corner of your TouchPad. 

This action triggered on or toggles on the TouchPad lock function, and a yellow light is displayed, indicating that your touchpad is under lock. See image below.

When you double tap unknowingly, your inbuilt mouse or TouchPad will stop functioning, and a yellow light will appear just on the top left corner of your laptop TouchPad or mouse.

If you experience this, do not panic, because it can be restored within seconds.

Solution of Laptop TouchPad Mouse not working:

To undo this problem, simply double-tap on the left corner of your laptop TouchPad (just in the corner where the yellow light is showing) and the light will go off, indicating that you have toggled off the lock function, and your TouchPad should work perfectly again. See image below.

Now, try using your TouchPad or mouse again and see if it is working.

Note: This is usually the method you can use to either toggle on/off your laptop mouse touchpad from working or to make it work.
